Welcome to the Idora Law Studio’s website (“Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you indicate that you have read and understand this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and agree to be bound by it. You must accept the terms of the Agreement in order to use the Website. If you do not understand or have questions about the Agreement, immediately stop all use of the Website. This Agreement may periodically change without notice, so you should check the Agreement before every attempt to use the Website. When the Agreement is changed, the date of the latest revision will appear at the top of this page.
Although the Website may provide information concerning potential legal issues, it is not a substitute for legal advice from qualified counsel. You should not and are not authorized to rely on the Website as a source of legal advice. Your use of the Website does not create any lawyer-client relationship between you and Idora Law Studio.
The website contains electronic contact information for MJ Vuinovich. The mere act of contacting attorney MJ Vuinovich electronically, however, does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you wish to become a client of Idora Law Studio, you must contact Idora Law Studio and explicitly negotiate a retention. The Website is not an invitation to form an attorney-client relationship.
Unless you have an attorney-client relationship with an attorney at Idora Law Studio, we are not obliged to keep confidential information you may send us. Under no circumstances, therefore, should you send confidential information to Idora Law Studio unless you have been authorized to do so by an Idora Law Studio lawyer or you have a pre-existing documented attorney-client relationship with Idora Law Studio.
User Conduct
You agree that you will not use the Website for any illegal purpose. In addition, agree that:
You will not harvest, collect or otherwise use contact information made available on the Website for the purpose of sending unsolicited improper communications, including without limitation, unsolicited bulk email (collectively, spam) and that you will not use any Idora Law Studio communications facility to deliver or attempt to deliver spam.

You will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access control technology implemented on the Website, or the servers and network associated with the Website.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Idora Law Studio, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation or breach of these Terms of Use or your use of the Website including, but not limited to, any use of the Website’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, or your use of any information obtained from the Website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Website and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule whether of the State of Arizona or any other jurisdiction. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Arizona, although Idora Law Studio retains the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Mediation/Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Website, including these Terms of Use, any other policies, or the operation of Idora Law Studio, that cannot be settled through informal negotiation must be submitted to non-binding mediation prior to any party taking any legal action. A dispute may be submitted to mediation by any party notifying the other parties in writing (“Mediation Notice”). The mediator will be chosen by agreement of the parties and mediation will be held in Coconino County, Arizona, USA within sixty (60) calendar days after the Mediation Notice. If any party refuses to participate in good-faith selection of the mediator, the parties participating in good-faith will select the mediator. The parties will split the costs of mediation equally. The mediator will deem the mediation “Complete” when the parties agree that it has been completed or the mediator declares that an impasse exists. If mediation becomes Complete without resolution, the parties may then proceed to file a claim, demand, or action. The statute of limitations will be tolled during the mediation process.
At Idora Law Studio’s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Arizona law.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or use of the Website must be commenced within one (1) calendar year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action of claim is permanently barred.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, Idora Law Studio’s Privacy Policies and notices, and its Legal Disclaimer constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Idora Law Studio regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and all other provisions shall remain in force.
